Shipping Policy
It is of high importance to us that we get your order shipped out as soon as possible. Orders are processed and shipped either same day or the next day of confirmation, except for cross bank transfers. Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays will be shipped out the following Monday.
We have 3 delivery options to choose from.
- KNUTSFORD EXPRESS COURIER SERVICE
This cost $650.00, which is paid upon pick- up of your package at your desired KNUTSFORD EXPRESS location. There are over 14 different locations islandwide. Orders become available for pick up the next business day or same-day depending on drop-off time and location. Knutsford packages are shipped Monday – Saturday.
- ZIPMAIL (JAMAICA POST OFFICE)
Zipmail attracts a charge of $400.00 which is paid along with the cost of your item ordered. Packages are shipped through the Jamaica Postal service, which is very secured. Your package takes 2-3 business days to get to your destination. It is very important that you know which post office in your parish offers zipmail delivery services. Also, with Zipmail shipping, orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped out the following Monday, as Zipmail does not operate on Weekends. - MONTEGO BAY (IN TOWN DELIVERY)
Deliveries done in town Montego Bay are at no additional cost, delivered to locations Megamart, Fontana Fairview and Bay West. Delivery days are done Monday – Saturday, with the exception of Sundays pickups only at Megamart. Packages delivered to work places or nearby locations attracts a charge of $200.00, as this is taking us outside our designated locations.
You are emailed, DM or WhatsApp your receipt or tracking information, when packages are shipped. For Knutsford and Zipmail deliveries, follow ups are done until you have received your package.
