IN NO EVENT SHALL ROZES KOLLECTIONZ CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT/SERVICE YOU HAVE PURCHASED FROM ROZES KOLLECTIONZ AND/OR WWW.ROZESKOLLECTIONZ.COM AND IF NO PURCHASE HAS BEEN MADE BY YOU, ROZES KOLLECTIONZ CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.
